Edition 019

🧠 The Big Idea

Most people think recovery is about intensity — working harder in therapy, pushing more weight, or grinding through pain.

But the truth? Consistency beats intensity every time.

That’s why at Comeback OS™, we track the Comeback Commitment Score™ (CCS) — a measure of how consistently you follow your recovery rhythm.

Because even the perfect plan fails if you don’t stick to it.

💡 Comeback Insight

Patients who hit 80%+ adherence across their plan (movement, nutrition, sleep, mindset) recover faster than those who “go hard” in bursts but fall off track.

Your CCS is your accountability mirror. It answers: Am I showing up every day?

⚡️ One Quick Action for This Week

Pick one ritual you’ll do every day for the next 7 days.

  • 10 minutes of recovery movement

  • Evening protein shake

  • Morning breathwork

  • Pre-bed phone off + lights down

Track it daily. At the end of the week, calculate:

CCS = (# of days completed ÷ 7) × 100

Aim for 80%+.

✍🏾 Personal Note

When I train for my marathon, I don’t think about hitting 20-mile runs every week. I think about the simple rhythm: sleep by 10, log the miles on schedule, fuel consistently.

That rhythm — not the hardest workout — is what keeps me on track.

Your comeback works the same way.
